Every order is sent out either same day or next business day via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail.
Tracking and delivery confirmation are always provided at no extra cost and will be sent to you via email once your order ships.
Orders are shipped safely and discreetly in plain, ordinary boxes with no reference as to what is inside.
Verify that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses and we cannot change an address after an order is marked as shipped
Any damage upon arrival must be reported within 24 hrs of delivery.
Include your name, shipping address or order number, something I can use to identify who you are.
Include as many images as necessary to CLEARLY show the unused item, the damage to the item, and the condition of the packing materials.
Let me know what your preference is as far as compensation. This does not guarantee you will automatically receive what you want, it just lets me know what you'd prefer.
Understand that shipping damage is extremely rare and will be handled on a case to case basis. Compensation will only be given if I decide by my sole discretion that you are entitled to it.
